As I sat on a bench in the Balchester train station, I could not help but think of how it had all begun at a train station. Sabine and I were seen off by Papa and Maman early in the morning to take a train to Calais then we took a boat to Dover, where we caught a train bound for London. I was tired, but too excited to be homesick yet, and I did not yet really know what all this meant. I had never thought I might not ever go home again. I certainly never thought I would not see Sabine again, after we got off the train in London.
MoCCA Fest was great! As our first con experience, we learned a ton and hopefully got to introduce a lot of new readers to Three of Swords. It was great meeting and talking to so many incredible artists and storytellers!
